Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes, by design. The agent introduces itself at the start of every call (“Hi, you’ve reached [Business] — this is the AI assistant”) and answers honestly if a caller asks “are you a robot / AI / human?” — never claims to be human. Disclosure is a brand decision, not a legal hedge: people are calmer when they know.
What happens if it books the wrong job or double-books me?
It can’t double-book. The AI reads your live calendar before offering any slot, then re-checks for conflicts at the exact moment of booking. If a slot got taken in the seconds between offer and book, it apologizes and offers a new one. You also get a text the moment a job lands, so anything wrong shows up in your pocket within seconds.
Which calendars and dispatch tools does it work with?
Google Calendar today. Outlook Calendar, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and Jobber are coming soon — if you use one of those and want to be in the next batch, mention it when you sign up.
What does it cost after the pilot?
First 30 days free for pilot customers, no credit card. After that, pricing isn’t published yet — contact us and we’ll talk through it. We won’t blindside an existing pilot with a price change.
What if I want to take a call myself?
The AI only picks up when you don’t. Calls route through it on no-answer / busy / after-hours forwarding — not on every ring. If you grab the line first, the AI never gets the call.
Who has access to my call recordings and customer data?
You and your dashboard. Behind the scenes, our processors handle pieces of the call: Twilio (SMS delivery), Google (calendar), Anthropic (transcript analysis), Supabase (data storage), Vercel (hosting). We don’t sell or share customer data outside that. Recordings are kept for 90 days, then deleted. Full breakdown in the privacy policy.
How do I cancel or undo it?
Disconnect your phone forwarding (one short code on your phone — same way you turned it on, in reverse) and the AI stops answering. We’ll delete your data on request. No contracts, no termination fees during pilot.
