Choose the structure that fits
Local control. A clear way to manage it.
Separate location plans
Use one login to switch between the locations you can access. Each location keeps its own plan, invoice, calendar and business settings. This fits a business with several locations or independently owned franchise locations that need separate billing.
On a brand account, set up with us: one agreement, one invoice, minutes and web chats pooled separately across the brand, a brand-owner dashboard for location status, calls, voice usage and booked jobs, and self-serve location additions within your agreed terms.
Shared where it should be. Separate where it must be.

Shared
Required AI and recording notice; wording can be customized within that floor.
Owner texts
Per location, opt-in
Each location's contact opts in separately.
Billing
Per location, or one account for a brand
Each location has its own plan and invoice, unless it's on a brand account — then it's one invoice for the brand.
Rolling out
Location by location, with us on the call.
Prepare calendar access, local business details, phone-forwarding access and a website contact for each location. We assist with initial brand setup; test and activate each location when it is ready.
1
Set up the location
Add the name, hours, ZIP codes, prices and calendar for each location.
2
Test-call it
Test each location before forwarding real calls. Review its greeting, availability and booking behavior.
3
Activate calls and chat
Use the carrier instructions for each line. Once chat is activated, configure the website address, install the snippet and test the website experience.
Trust
What a procurement questionnaire asks, answered.
A spoken recording disclosure opens every call. The AI is instructed to say it exactly, never paraphrase it, never drop it.
Texts go only to people who said yes. Replying STOP suppresses the number automatically, and every consent is logged with the exact wording shown.
Our retention targets are 90 days for call recordings and 400 days for call details and chat transcripts. Provider copies, backups, legal holds and records with separate retention requirements follow the exceptions in our privacy policy. Removing a recording link from our database does not itself delete the provider's audio.
The business owns its call and chat data. We process it on your behalf; data requests follow our privacy policy and retention obligations.
No voiceprints, speaker identification or voice-based authentication. Chat visitors verify a phone number or email before booking or managing appointments.
Pricing sets out the published location plans and what a brand offer covers, including separate voice and chat pools. Brand allowances, rates, support and contract terms are agreed for your rollout.
No. An independently owned franchise location can choose its own location plan. A business with multiple locations can keep separate plans and invoices, accessed through one login. A brand or franchise network that needs central billing can discuss a brand account with us; the billing structure follows the agreement, not the franchise label.
What can brand owners and local managers see?
Brand owners can review location status, calls, voice usage and booked jobs in the Brand tab. Local managers access their assigned locations. Call and chat records and each location's chat usage are available within that location; the brand-wide usage gauge currently shows voice minutes, not a chat pool gauge.
Which calendars work across a rollout?
Each location connects its own Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar. Voice and website chat use that location's connected availability. Confirm compatibility before a rollout if your booking process depends on another scheduling or dispatch system.
What do we need to set up or add a location?
Prepare each location's business details, hours, service area, configured prices and calendar access. Confirm how to forward its phone line and who can add chat to its website. We assist with initial brand setup; brand owners can then add locations within the agreement. Test each location before forwarding customer calls, and activate and test its website chat separately.
How are brand pricing, support and contract terms set?
We discuss the location count and expected voice and website-chat volume, then set included allowances, usage rates, support arrangements and commercial terms in the brand agreement. Published Starter, Pro and Max terms apply to those location plans; they do not automatically apply to a brand account.
